What's Liana Up To?

I am beginning this blog on my first day as the Centrally Employed Secondary Learning Strategies and Assessment & Evaluation Teacher here at WECDSB.  This is intended for me to track the ideas, learning and questions I have as I work on what my role will be and how I can help teachers grow in their pedagogy and assessment practices.  I will focus, as I always do, on equity, CRRP and de-colonization as I learn to be an effective resource for teachers.
